We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing Technology team at Workday. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the vision for our Marketing technology products. This includes defining and implementing technology solutions and processes to deliver a successful product, partnering closely with the Marketing Planning team, and collaborating with various teams across marketing to understand their campaigns and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management, with experience in various Marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, SFDC, Drift, Workfront, or relevant alternatives. They will also have a proven history of leading multiple projects/initiatives cross-functionally, breaking down complex ideas into sizable portions, communicating those clearly, and executing on them.
The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the technical health of assigned platforms and integrations, rapidly building expertise around technologies, and crafting and executing a vision for the products they own based on Marketing priorities. They will also work with the third-party vendor that supports Marketing Planning to advocate for our needs, backed by research and data.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analytical and collaborative skills. They will also have experience with Agile development practices, Workfront, Jira, or other task/bug tracking systems.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $164,000 USD - $246,000 USD, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
