We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our omnichannel List product and associated Planning functionalities. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital offerings.

Role Objective

The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in redefining the grocery shopping experience by leveraging digital advancements. The Product Management team is tasked with utilizing technology to create superior omnichannel customer interactions and optimize investment returns.

This position will focus on developing a comprehensive understanding of consumer challenges and unmet needs in the shopping planning journey through data insights, customer feedback, and thorough research methodologies. The individual will champion a customer-centric product development strategy, testing new concepts, analyzing outcomes, and refining approaches based on insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the interests of customers, business units, and stakeholders throughout the agile development cycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to identify enhancement opportunities and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to define product concepts, respond to customer needs, and stay informed on market trends.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning technologies to develop intelligent list-building features that cater to customer preferences.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams during the product lifecycle, prioritizing features and managing deployment activities.
  • Anticipate project impacts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features.
  • Identify research needs and collaborate with user experience teams to validate designs through testing.
  • Effectively communicate product solutions and benefits to stakeholders, including training for ongoing feature management.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support new feature proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management within eCommerce or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and align teams around a unified product vision.
  • Experience leading product lifecycles from conception to execution.
  • Technical proficiency in translating user needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience with usability design and A/B testing is a plus.
