Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the success of our quality assurance initiatives.
• Define and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, and drive their resolution through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the quality engineering team, fostering their growth and professional development through training and development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation to enhance our quality assurance capabilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and technologies to ensure our team remains at the forefront of best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, including Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in developing test strategies and test plans, as well as thorough knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, as well as familiarity with industry-standard quality assurance tools and technologies.
