Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our customer operations team at Insight Global. As a key liaison between our lab operations team and clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support via phone and email.
  • Gather and provide data to clients from our lab, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Input donor information into our internal lab systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate specimen pickup and drop-off schedules with clients, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
  • Oversee the entry of patient donor data into national databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform client onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data entry, patient onboarding, and tracking/logging metrics in computer programs.
  • Excellent customer service and correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Outlook, and other computer tracking programs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical, healthcare, or medical science.
