Grant Management Specialist

The Director of Title III is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines. This includes coordinating programs and services for academic support, evaluating progress, and monitoring budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance-related proposals, progress reports, policies, and correspondence.
- Ensure programs comply with federal and institutional guidelines.
- Coordinate evaluation of all Title III activities and monitor progress of all grant activities.
- Plan and implement strategic planning and development for institutional progress in collaboration with other institutional departments, committees, and external agencies.
- Implement strategic budgeting in the allocation of all Title III funds.
- Implement policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines in compliance with federal and institutional guidelines.
- Serve as the liaison for the University and U.S. Department of Education.
- Provide assistance to the President for priority programming and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience can be substituted for the Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience in grant-funded programs.
- Ability to develop compliance-related proposals, progress reports, policies, and correspondence.
- Ability to demonstrate sound fiscal management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of institutional academic and non-academic priorities.
- Knowledge of current technology and business management tools, including institutional budget and procurement processes.
- Skilled in excellent customer service delivery.
- Skilled in effective communication, orally and written, including public speaking.
