Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of Grants Management supervisors, the selected candidate will:
- Conduct requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, support both conceptual and detailed design efforts, and facilitate the transition of the Grants Gateway into the State Financial System (SFS).
- Assist in the testing phases of the SFS Grants Management functionality.
- Provide support for initial help desk inquiries.
- Ensure a seamless transition for all stakeholders (vendors and state agencies) from the Grants Gateway to the SFS for Grants.
- Support senior staff in developing user manuals and training materials, assist agency users with conversion efforts, and aid all users during the transition.
- Minimum of 60 months of experience in requirements gathering and business analysis, including the production of comprehensive documentation.
- At least 36 months of experience in testing builds of an enterprise IT project, including defect reporting.
- A minimum of 36 months of experience providing implementation support for an enterprise IT project.
- 12 months of experience as a state employee or consultant performing Business Analysis activities related to state enterprise or agency-specific grants or financial management systems.
