About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned Commercial Business Development Manager to lead our Commercial Sales team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Commercial Sales team, enabling them to proactively identify, qualify, and close new business deals.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies to improve acquisition, win rates, and deal sizes, while delivering consistent quota performance.
  • Customer Acquisition and Expansion: Foster strong relationships with customers, drive new business opportunities, and expand existing relationships to increase revenue growth.
  • Team Development: Recruit, enable, and coach talented sales professionals to achieve their full potential and drive team success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced, competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent.
  • A track record of accurately forecasting sales results and meeting quota for Commercial high-volume transaction business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and create a high-performance culture.
