Job Description

Citi's Commercial Bank is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join its Digital, Tech & Comms segment. This role will focus on building strong relationships with privately held emerging-growth software companies that are VC-backed and US-headquartered.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
  • Maximize client experience by sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
  • Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop the business where necessary.
  • Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
  • Administer the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times.
