Strategic Business Development Manager

Citi's Commercial Bank is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join its Digital, Tech & Comms segment. This role will focus on building strong relationships with privately held emerging-growth software companies that are VC-backed and US-headquartered.
About the Role- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Maximize client experience by sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
- Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop the business where necessary.
- Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
- Administer the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
