Job Overview

Culligan of Great Lakes is in search of a dedicated Part-Time Customer Relations Representative to enhance our office support team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and are looking for an individual who can embody our brand values and foster long-term customer relationships.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer-centric administrative positions within the service sector. The successful applicant will be adept at managing multi-line phone systems, effectively resolving customer inquiries, and communicating with field personnel in a service-driven environment. If you possess a strong customer service background and are committed to providing solutions, this opportunity may be a great fit for you. This position offers 20-25 hours of work per week, with a starting pay range of $12-$14 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from valued customers
  • Address and resolve product or service-related concerns, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatch service technicians or route representatives to customer locations
  • Prepare sales commissions and payroll for processing at our corporate office (proficiency in Excel required)
  • Process payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Manage collection calls and maintain financial accounts by executing necessary customer adjustments
  • Compile and maintain compliance and regulatory reports (sales reports, month-end reporting, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in customer service and multi-line telephone operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in account collections is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment
  • Strong work ethic characterized by honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating helpfulness and patience with colleagues and external customers
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work independently

Candidates will undergo pre-employment assessments, which may include drug/alcohol screening, background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and D.O.T. physicals, as applicable.
