We are excited to announce an opening for a Client Support Specialist who will deliver outstanding service to our esteemed clientele. In this role, you will guide customers through their online transactions, address any purchasing challenges, and offer detailed product insights. This position is full-time and may require occasional weekend shifts during high-demand periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their online transactions through various communication channels
- Addressing inquiries related to store operations
- Inputting customer information into our systems and performing necessary research to resolve issues
- Responding to customer questions through phone, email, and written correspondence
- Educating customers about our products, services, and company guidelines
- Providing support to the Client Support Department with additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication abilities and familiarity with desktop applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to handle customer disputes
