Job Title: Account Executive - Higher Education

Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Higher Education team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the higher education sector, while also growing and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively work a set territory of higher education institutions to hit net new quota targets
  • Generate new opportunities through individual prospecting and working with our team of SDRs
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to uncover institutional initiatives and problems to map back our solutions
  • Forecast and accurately track account activity through the CRM system
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Vector's offerings and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in net new business sales
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
  • Experience working with higher education institutions is preferred
