Job Summary:

CORT is seeking a highly motivated and strategic sales professional to join our team as a Residential Account Executive. This is a full-time, outside sales position that requires a strong ability to connect with people and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business via cold calling, networking, and research within assigned markets.
  • Sell new services to existing clients and leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients.
  • Present Value-Based Solutions to key decision makers both in person and virtually.
  • Plan and execute strategic marketing plans and show appreciation for clients in creative ways.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Outside sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Solid time management and self-organizational ability, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Multi-Family Experience, including onsite property experience or experience with the rental lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with property management technology such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage.
