Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to drive growth in staff augmentation
- Envision and implement transformative technology solutions to enhance customer experience and engagement
- Strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize engagement
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth opportunities
- Secure new agreements that surpass revenue and margin expectations
Requirements:
- Staffing experience in the IT space, preferably in the TMT vertical
- History of selling into consulting firms
- Proven history of expanding services within active accounts as well as acquiring net new business
- Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity
- Strong negotiation skills
- A history of outperformance
