Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to drive growth in staff augmentation
  • Envision and implement transformative technology solutions to enhance customer experience and engagement
  • Strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize engagement
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth opportunities
  • Secure new agreements that surpass revenue and margin expectations

Requirements:

  • Staffing experience in the IT space, preferably in the TMT vertical
  • History of selling into consulting firms
  • Proven history of expanding services within active accounts as well as acquiring net new business
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A history of outperformance
