Key Responsibilities:

- Promoting training and development
- Document and track compliance related to training, continuing education, and performance assessments.
- Support HR initiatives while reinforcing company policies and procedures.
- Oversee timekeeping processes and generate attendance reports.
- Execute routine tasks necessary for the administration of HR programs.
- Assist in orientation, onboarding, and processing new hire documentation.
- Maintain both physical and digital employee records, including onboarding, benefits, and attendance documentation.
- Address employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven time management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS or the capacity to quickly learn the organization's systems.
- SHRM-CP certification is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to commute reliably or plan for relocation.
- Up to 20% travel may be required within the designated region.
