  • Execute routine tasks necessary for the administration of HR programs.
  • Assist in orientation, onboarding, and processing new hire documentation.
  • Maintain both physical and digital employee records, including onboarding, benefits, and attendance documentation.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from candidates and employees.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven time management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or the capacity to quickly learn the organization's systems.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to commute reliably or plan for relocation.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required within the designated region.
