Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Bemana, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new customer accounts, offering guidance on our service department's capabilities, and driving sales expansion.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing effective solutions to their technical needs.
- Stay up-to-date on key power generation market trends, their drivers, and how we might respond from a technical innovation perspective.
- Seek and develop vendor relationships for new solutions and applications to meet market trends.
- Provide technical support, guidance, examples, and other technical arguments to support and influence customer solutions.
- Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience required and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in understanding technical needs and providing effective solutions to major accounts.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
