Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role. A Culinary Diploma is preferred, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of Quick Service operations and experience in an open-kitchen environment with regular guest interaction.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing a diverse culinary team. Previous experience in restaurant and Quick Service operations is advantageous. Valid State Sanitation Certificates are required, along with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
