**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests
* Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and efficiency
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
* Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
* Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
* Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
