Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at StepStone Hospitality Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining health and sanitation standards, preparing all menu items, and supervising and assisting dishwashers and pantry personnel.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to adhere to all prepared written recipes, report out of stock items, and maintain adequate supply of desserts.

Requirements include a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions, as well as a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.

Preferred qualifications include high school education and relevant training and experience, CPR training, and first aid training.
