About the Role

Pilot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Technology team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our financial services solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals by closing new business
  • Full-cycle sales with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Pilot's products and services to prospective buyers on both inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Understand and own the information regarding Pilot's numerous financial service offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with our solutions, marketing, product, and finance teams-echoing the voice of the customer and providing constructive and actionable feedback to the team
  • Work collaboratively to build and iterate day-to-day processes within the role
About You
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to be in office 5x per week
  • 2+ years of Account Executive sales experience (ideally fintech, or financial services) in a closing role
  • Proven track record of success, creating pipeline, quota attainment, and over-achievement
  • Highly organized and detailed with an eye towards process
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce

Our on-target earnings (OTE) range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $127k - $183k for San Francisco, CA (base pay is 50% of OTE). Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.
