Position Overview:
As a Mobile Sales Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our retail partner to enhance sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include visiting designated locations, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through direct engagement within our partner's retail outlets.

You will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding a team of employees towards achieving shared objectives focused on sales and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations for various products and services.
- Engage in collaborative selling alongside retail associates.
- Elevate the retailer's sales metrics through effective training and marketing initiatives.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Support team members in enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
- Schedule and manage sales demonstration events, ensuring proper handling of demo equipment.
- Position the client's value proposition by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist the District Manager in communicating key initiatives and serve as a communication bridge across the district.
- Represent both the client and MarketSource professionally at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with retail leadership and staff.
- Regularly communicate progress and opportunities with the District Manager and client leadership.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure optimal product mix and inventory levels, including:
- Ensuring effective merchandising and brand compliance.
- Increasing visibility of products and services.
- Restocking merchandise as necessary.
- Utilize your expertise to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, sales, retail management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in wireless or electronics retail management is preferred.
- Proficiency in technology data collection and basic computer skills.
