Assistant Property Manager Job Description

Healthcare Realty, a leading real estate investment trust, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office buildings in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties, providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling all aspects of property operations, including administrative tasks, vendor management, and maintenance coordination.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Perform routine property accounting functions, such as AP processing and AR reporting, and assist with the development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants, providing efficient, timely, and courteous service to ensure their needs are met.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Two+ years of progressively responsible commercial property management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred four-year college degree.
