Job Overview

The Paskin Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. This full-time position involves supporting the management of multiple midrise residential properties. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24 to $28, based on experience. Additional financial incentives include commissions for new leases and renewals, as well as opportunities for quarterly bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and paid time off that increases with tenure. Employees are also eligible for rent concessions after a specified period of employment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Property Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Marketing the property and ensuring high occupancy rates.
  • Assisting in the management of resident satisfaction and addressing their needs.
  • Completing lease agreements and managing financial transactions such as application fees and rent payments.
  • Maintaining the condition of model apartments and ready units.
  • Enforcing lease terms and community policies while adhering to fair housing laws.
  • Conducting property inspections and documenting any damages.
  • Managing resident files and participating in the lease renewal process.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • The physical ability to navigate the property, including climbing stairs.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
  • Proficiency in basic financial calculations and report writing.
Work Schedule

This position typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday through Saturday.
