Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties, maintaining a safe environment, and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Be knowledgeable of the physical condition of our properties and correct unsafe conditions.
    • Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a system for efficient handling of resident service requests.
    • Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair, including routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Maintain an inventory of parts and supplies.
    • Ensure 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records pertaining to service requests, preventative maintenance, safety systems, repair/replacement of major equipment, utility cutoffs, and sewer clean-outs.
    • Conduct move-out inspections and return signed reports to management within four days.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Assist other employees in any apartment management functions.
    • Maintain and be aware of community budget.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Comply with all state/local laws and follow the company's policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements.
