Regional Trainer of Property Management

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Regional Trainer of Property Management to oversee training of our Property Management team members. This role is responsible for executing deployment of Property Management Training initiatives across their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate assigned Willow Bridge Property Management training programs both virtually and in-person.
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify training needs and solutions that will increase associate effectiveness.
  • Monitor training engagement and completion for their assigned region and provide input and metrics to Regional Leadership on overall training performance of properties.
  • Drive greater understanding and use of Willow Bridge training programs, tools, and resources to ensure consistency in language, models, and tools across the region.
  • Conduct necessary prep work to teach approved training programs and follow curriculum as outlined in each training program.
  • Recommend modifications, enhancements, or changes to training programs as needed.
  • Ensure successful execution of training classes that result in high-quality participant experiences, ongoing program sustainability, and cost-effective use of resources.
  • Coach and influence regional leaders on effectively championing and using training tools and resources on the job to create an effective learning experience for their associates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of classroom training experience with demonstrated success facilitating both in-person and virtual training required.
  • Travel is required for this role, up to 50-75% at times within the assigned region to conduct necessary training activities as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and facilitate pre-designed learning programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organization and time management practices.
  • Strong level of professionalism, presence, poise, persuasiveness.
  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding and analyze key business drivers, strategy goals, and challenges to effectively support Willow Bridge Property Management training initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing a high level of credibility quickly; appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Ability to clearly identify and analyze a true training need while articulating the right training solutions to business partners.
