Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-time Assistant Manager for our expansive 432-unit multi-site community known as Sheridan South Portfolio in Denver, CO. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is essential. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Foster genuine connections with residents, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to move-out.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing open and engaging communication to address their housing needs.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to resolve resident issues, prepare marketing and financial reports, and maintain resident documentation.
  • Enhance your listening and multitasking abilities while managing various relationships and developing leadership skills.

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents during their visits.
  • Ensure show units are tour-ready.
  • Utilize self-tour and video tour options, updating leasing advertisements as necessary.
  • Conduct market surveys as required.
  • Maintain the property's curb appeal.
  • Process applications and create lease documents, ensuring all parties sign as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, presenting solutions to complex challenges.
  • Understand financial processes, including check scanning and rent collection.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, management, and residents.
  • Have experience with Google Suite and property management software like Yardi.
  • Be open to cross-training and advancing within the company.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Be reliable in attendance.
  • Provide proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Consent to pre-employment drug screening as part of the hiring process.
