About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aurodi Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for our innovative IoT temperature monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify high-quality leads through various channels, including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and tradeshow participation.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Sales Process: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our temperature monitoring systems, wireless sensors, and IoT solutions.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through personalized communication.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage sales opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Understand Customer's Request: Discuss customers' needs and how our products or materials can help them reach their goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of IoT technology and the ability to learn about new technologies quickly.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and objections effectively.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
