Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field, coupled with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, a 4-year degree in a similar field with 6 years of experience in hotel management.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Over 10 years of experience in a senior management role within a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A proven track record of progressive career growth in the hospitality industry.
