About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships with senior client decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

You will work closely with our client service teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic account planning and execution
  • Developing and implementing client-specific renewal strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and client retention
  • Strong relationships with senior client decision-makers and a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
