ProActivate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing forecasts on performance against objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect qualification and proposal development
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Identifying and selling to mid through senior-level decision-makers
- Retaining existing revenue and growing new revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
- Base salary: $90k - $150k (dependent on years of experience)
- Commission: $150k - $180k
- OTE year 1: $180k - $300k
- Benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance (85% covered for employee and family), 401k with employer match, mileage/travel reimbursement, vacation time, sick days, paid holidays, and maternity/paternity leave
