At TEAM Technologies, Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams to ensure seamless manufacturing processes and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and manage sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, including lead or supervisory experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
