Job Overview

United Talent Agency is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Specialist who will ensure our office environment is pristine and welcoming. The primary objective is to uphold a clean and organized atmosphere that enhances the experience of both guests and staff, thereby reinforcing our esteemed reputation.

This is a full-time role offering competitive benefits and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cleanliness of general office areas, workstations, meeting rooms, outdoor spaces, and kitchen facilities.
  • Efficiently set up and dismantle office and meeting room arrangements for high-volume events.
  • Conduct weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replenish supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition.
  • Stock pantries according to preferences of agents or executives.
  • Address housekeeping issues promptly, including spills or damaged items.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning protocols for meeting rooms and pantries.
  • Manage inventory of food and supplies on a weekly basis.

  • Prior experience in a similar maintenance role.
