Become a Part of Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.

Position Overview:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is accountable for managing the daily functions related to facility operations, including Maintenance/Engineering and Environmental Services, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Compensation:
$26 - $34 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule:
8 hours per day / 5 days per week

Primary Duties:
  • Evaluate maintenance and safety priorities across multiple sites.
  • Carry out repair and maintenance duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Coordinate security, cleaning, maintenance, and external contractors to improve the facility.
  • Oversee inventory management, including supply and material requests.
  • Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team.
  • Engage in meetings, training sessions, and staff development programs.
  • Uphold professional ethics, maintain confidentiality, and promote the organization's mission.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all job-related activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor, Director, and Administration as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a facilities-related position.
  • Knowledge of JCAHO standards is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications:
No specific certifications required.
