Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a comprehensive portfolio of post-sale Podcast and Digital business, ensuring strategic execution across our digital product suite, which includes podcasting, audio, social media, video, and display media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that sold programs are executed in line with operational and sales objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for clients post-sale, leading all internal and external communications, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Continuously optimize client campaigns to enhance performance against established benchmarks.
- Oversee the full delivery of booked digital, social, and podcast deliverables.
- Work closely with operations to troubleshoot any issues related to creative or tracking.
- Coordinate with billing and finance teams to ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Deliver insightful post-campaign analyses by partnering with internal experts to create comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share relevant updates with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Experience in digital media campaign reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- 2-3 years of relevant media experience.
