Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a comprehensive portfolio of post-sale Podcast and Digital business, ensuring strategic execution across our digital product suite, which includes podcasting, audio, social media, video, and display media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that sold programs are executed in line with operational and sales objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients post-sale, leading all internal and external communications, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Continuously optimize client campaigns to enhance performance against established benchmarks.
  • Oversee the full delivery of booked digital, social, and podcast deliverables.
  • Work closely with operations to troubleshoot any issues related to creative or tracking.
  • Coordinate with billing and finance teams to ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
  • Deliver insightful post-campaign analyses by partnering with internal experts to create comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share relevant updates with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Experience in digital media campaign reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • 2-3 years of relevant media experience.

Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
