Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and ambitious professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this position, you will be tasked with managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and meeting revenue objectives. As a Client Success Manager, you will be pivotal to our organization's growth and success.
Key Duties
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, gaining insights into their needs and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects, including outreach and cold calling.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Work closely with leadership to enhance sales materials, presentations, systems, and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize HubSpot to streamline sales workflows, monitor sales metrics, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to broaden the client base.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for enhancement and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, preferably in educational technology or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in a B2B context.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
