As a CSM, you will serve as the primary contact after implementation, guiding our clients to leverage our product, network, and services effectively to meet their objectives. Your core responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships with clients, enhance value through improved data collection and workflows, and collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure ongoing platform advancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to highlight progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve a positive revenue retention rate within your assigned territory.
  • Become the authoritative resource on the PatientIQ platform, assisting clients in maximizing its capabilities.
  • Work with various teams to relay valuable customer insights for product enhancement.
  • Ensure documentation is current and knowledge is shared across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor Customer Success Analysts to provide effective client support.
  • Assist in driving sales initiatives and uncovering new business prospects.
  • Support client renewals, modifications, and product expansions in collaboration with the sales department.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing B2B SaaS customer accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a talent for multitasking.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email, scheduling, and document collaboration tools.
  • Collaborative team player with a mindset geared towards cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
