About the Role

Envision a position where you become the champion for our clients. As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) at PatientIQ, you will be the primary contact after implementation, guiding clients to leverage our solutions, network, and services to meet their objectives. Your core responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships with clients, enhance value through improved data management and workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing platform advancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to highlight progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve a high level of revenue retention within your assigned territory.
  • Become the subject matter expert on the PatientIQ platform, assisting clients in maximizing its capabilities.
  • Work closely with various teams to relay valuable customer insights for product enhancements.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor Customer Success Analysts to provide effective client support.
  • Contribute to sales efforts and identify new business prospects.
  • Support client renewals, amendments, and product expansions in collaboration with the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing B2B SaaS customer accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in email, scheduling, and collaborative documentation tools.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support software.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
