About the Role

Envision a position where you become the champion for our clients. As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) at PatientIQ, you will be the primary contact after implementation, guiding clients to maximize the benefits of our offerings, network, and services to achieve their objectives. Your key responsibility will be to cultivate robust relationships with clients, enhance value through improved data collection and operational workflows, and collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure ongoing platform improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with essential client stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to highlight progress and potential growth avenues.
  • Ensure a positive revenue retention rate within your assigned territory.
  • Become the subject matter expert on the PatientIQ platform, assisting clients in leveraging its full capabilities.
  • Work with various teams to gather and relay valuable customer insights for product enhancement.
  • Maintain current documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Oversee and guide Customer Success Analysts to provide effective client support.
  • Assist in driving sales initiatives and identifying new business prospects.
  • Support client renewals, amendments, and product expansions in collaboration with the sales department.

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing B2B SaaS customer accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a talent for multitasking.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in email, scheduling, and document collaboration tools.
  • Collaborative team player with a mindset for cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
