Position Overview
The Abbott Digital Solutions Division is in search of a Customer Success Executive to enhance, retain, and expand our existing client relationships within our EHR-based care pathway program. This role is pivotal in improving healthcare delivery efficiency throughout the cardiovascular disease continuum. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Solutions Sales and Implementation teams, as well as commercial field teams, to ensure the success of both the program and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary account leader, ensuring successful engagement delivery.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to devise and implement account-specific strategies that yield positive results.
- Establish trust and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
- Ensure alignment among critical stakeholders, including IT, administration, and clinical specialties, to promote program success.
- Focus on account retention and growth while proactively managing risks.
- Conduct virtual or on-site business reviews to demonstrate the ROI and value delivered to clients, aligning with their business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements or new solutions based on insights from customers and market trends.
- Work independently within cross-functional teams and coordinate with Abbott's broader therapy teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about key health policy and macroeconomic changes that may impact the healthcare landscape.
- Contribute to cross-departmental meetings, providing insights on outcomes data, user experiences, and future program strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the cardiovascular sector.
- Experience in clinical, administrative, or IT operations within a hospital system is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems (EHR), such as Epic or Cerner.
- A strong customer-centric approach and a passion for account growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Innovative, persuasive, and creative individuals with a genuine curiosity about client businesses are encouraged to apply.
