Job Overview: We are seeking a mid-level multimedia designer with expertise in graphic, web, and audiovisual skills to fulfill various corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and format diverse materials, including magazines, reports, posters, and brochures, using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Develop websites employing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
  • Edit and produce audiovisual content.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to client branding, style, and marketing guidelines.
  • Ensure print and multimedia designs comply with accessibility standards.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of project visual communication needs and create design drafts, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Produce comprehensive designs and layouts integrating photography, illustrations, computer-generated imagery, and text for both print and digital publications.
  • Layout various publications, including magazines, books, fact sheets, and brochures.
  • Operate video and still cameras as a multimedia specialist.
  • Edit a range of audiovisual spots as a multimedia specialist.
Qualifications and Experience:

Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Web Design/Development, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in media arts, publication layout, and multimedia design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong visual design skills with proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and audiovisual software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, clients, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with emerging communication technologies for publications, including multimedia production.
  • Capacity to handle various assignments and collaborate effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
  • Broader knowledge of communications beyond graphic/web design is a plus for collaboration with public relations and marketing teams.
  • For web-focused multimedia roles, knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SharePoint is essential.
