Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.

Essential Duties:

  • Adhere to client branding, style, and marketing guidelines.
  • Ensure the effective design and layout of print and digital publications in compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate to gain a clear understanding of visual communication needs and create design sketches, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Produce comprehensive designs incorporating photography, illustrations, computer-generated imagery, and text for both print and electronic media.
  • Layout various publications, including magazines, books, fact sheets, and brochures.
  • Operate video and still cameras as a multimedia specialist.
  • Edit a variety of audiovisual materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Web Design/Development, or a related discipline is required.

  • At least three years of experience in media arts, publication layout, and multimedia design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong visual design skills with experience in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and audiovisual software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, clients, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through to launch and promotion.
  • Understanding of new and emerging communication technologies for publications, including multimedia production.
  • Capacity to handle multiple assignments and collaborate effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, able to work independently, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in broader communications beyond graphic/web design is a plus for collaboration with public relations and marketing teams.
  • For web-focused multimedia roles, knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SharePoint is beneficial.
