  • Adhere to client branding, style, and marketing guidelines.
  • Ensure the effective design and layout of print and digital publications, compliant with accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate to understand visual communication needs and produce design drafts, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Prepare comprehensive designs incorporating photography, illustrations, computer-generated imagery, and text for both print and digital formats.
  • Layout various publications, including magazines, books, and brochures.
  • Operate video and still cameras for multimedia projects.
  • Edit a variety of audiovisual materials.
Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Web Design/Development, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in media arts, publication layout, and multimedia design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong visual design skills with experience in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and AV software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with file-sharing platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
  • Understanding of new and emerging communication technologies for publications, including multimedia production.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Broader knowledge of communications beyond graphic/web design is a plus.
  • For web-focused roles, knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SharePoint is essential.
