Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Administration Coordinator for our EMS Education programs. This full-time role focuses on the coordination and management of various administrative tasks that support our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Program Administration Coordinator, you will:
  • Manage administrative functions for EMS educational offerings, including EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, and advanced life support training.
  • Oversee student registration, financial aid processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist the Director in providing support to both staff and students, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Conduct interviews and orientations for prospective students, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
  • Interpret and apply federal student loan regulations, coordinating with financial institutions to facilitate student funding.
  • Provide guidance to students and families regarding financial aid applications and eligibility assessments.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for loan applications and monitor disbursements.
  • Collaborate with clinical site coordinators to ensure students meet prerequisites for clinical rotations.
  • Support the maintenance of national and local accreditation standards for our programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Education: An Associate's Degree in Business Management or a related field is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with an EMS background.
