Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. This role will provide administrative support for the Medication Order-set Review Committee, working closely with system pharmacy clinical leaders and team members to ensure the review process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workflow within the Medication Order-set Review Tracker and SharePoint, providing excellent customer service to reviewers.
  • Maintain the Medication Orderset Tracker by requesting and uploading extracts, and assigning to appropriate subject matter experts for review.
  • Identify alignment opportunities and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate order-set alignment with multi-site reviews, scheduling meetings with stakeholders and facilitating communication to key stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and ensuring timely order-set review.
  • Lead weekly medication order-set meetings to support workflow efficiencies.
  • Assist with agenda creation, minute completion, and distribution.
  • Creation of Epic tickets for medication order-set modifications and coordination of follow-up with subject matter experts.
  • Work with MOS co-chairs to develop and maintain order-sets, ensuring quality communication of order-set alignment and day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree with 1 year of administrative support experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in a medical setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Experience with SmartSheets, Excel, and SharePoint required.
  • Experience in quality improvement concepts and applications required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and act autonomously required.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple requests at once required.
