Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at T.R.U.E. Self Counseling LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and manage calendars
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff
- Perform light office maintenance tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Competencies
- Decision-making: Administrative Assistants must make independent decisions on a daily basis
- Communications and collaboration: Administrative Assistants must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients
- Organizational skills: Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Administrative Assistant's responsibilities
- Writing: Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing are essential to an Administrative Assistant
