Job Summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a skilled Program Administrator to assist Program Managers in managing the business relationship between assigned customers and the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer backlog to meet required on-time delivery
  • Resolve AR issues and drive E&O resolution
  • Report key business indicators and manage commercial aspects of the business
  • Understand contractual obligations and ensure fulfillment
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Program Administration, or similar position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
