The Customer Success Training Lead is tasked with the development and execution of comprehensive training initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success teams' capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor enablement strategies and assess their effectiveness through key performance indicators.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of customer success representatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training content, both in-person and online, that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Create dynamic training materials, including presentations and interactive exercises, to facilitate learning.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop high-quality resources that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Work alongside customer success leadership to identify training requirements and formulate customized development plans.
  • Facilitate various training formats, including workshops, webinars, and self-paced modules.
  • Encourage interactive learning experiences that foster engagement and retention of knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • 6-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Coaching, or Training roles.
  • Professional certifications in customer success training are advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional presentation and coaching abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and role-playing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and networking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $135,000 - $170,000, based on various factors including experience and skills.
