Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Secure Portable Buildings USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand sales locations within designated territories
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to customers and sales associates
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to think creatively and use solution-driven sales techniques
  • Goal-oriented with good self-management and organizational skills

Work Environment:

Work is performed both inside an office and outside at sales locations, exposing employees to various weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

Frequently walking, standing, stooping, bending, or crouching. Intermittently sitting at a desk or table. Frequently lifting objects weighing 25 to 50 pounds.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree preferred. 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to think creatively and use solution-driven sales techniques. Goal-oriented with good self-management and organizational skills.
