Job Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator II will be responsible for coordinating various clinical trial activities in compliance with regulations, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with study team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Act as the main contact for clinic-related activities, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate multiple trials simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines effectively.
  • Help train study team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage patient scheduling and data collection, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure protocol compliance and IRB approval, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate research procedures and study visits, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to GCP guidelines, maintaining the highest level of integrity and quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical trial coordination experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • BS/BA in Life Science or equivalent, with a strong foundation in clinical research principles.
  • CCRC certification is a plus, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to explain and enforce safety requirements, ensuring the well-being of patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related activities, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
