Role Responsibilities

As the Senior Associate of Operations Excellence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of clinic teams throughout the Western North Carolina region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and Standardization
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new care team members, including managing schedules and tracking learning objectives.
    • Evaluate the performance of new team members during their initial days, collaborating with clinic leadership to provide constructive feedback and support.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and programs for both new and existing staff, focusing on clinical competencies, operational procedures, and customer service excellence, in partnership with subject matter experts.
    • Work with market leadership to ensure adherence to processes by providing training and workflow guidance on existing and new standard operating procedures.
    • Collaborate with HR, Population Health, IT, and Clinical Programs teams to design and implement effective learning strategies and programs.
  • New Clinic Support
    • Assist in the planning and execution of new clinic openings by developing training schedules and acting as the liaison to Central Operations and Market Operations teams for training requirements.
  • Process Improvement
    • Support the Senior Manager in identifying, tracking, and implementing operational enhancements across clinics to ensure excellence in operations.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's degree or higher in education, project management, business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in training clinical and administrative teams is preferred.
  • A proven history of successfully leading training and expansion initiatives, showcasing strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and technology.
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the market and occasionally to other regions.
  • Experience in instructional design and leading the development of training programs is a plus.

Additional requirements include:

  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the designated market area.
  • Compliance with all internal and external regulations, including legal, regulatory, and HR standards.
  • Support for compliance audits, both internal and external, as necessary.
  • Representation of Hopscotch Primary Care in community events and educational initiatives.
