Position Summary

As the Senior Associate of Operations Excellence, you will be instrumental in optimizing clinic operations throughout Western North Carolina. Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process, designing and implementing training programs, and developing educational materials to ensure operational adherence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass various critical functions, including:

  • Training and Standardization
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, managing schedules and tracking progress.
    • Evaluate the performance of new staff, collaborating with clinic leadership to provide constructive feedback and support.
    • Create and deliver training content for both new hires and existing personnel, focusing on clinical competencies and operational protocols.
    • Work with market leadership to ensure compliance with established procedures through effective training and guidance.
    • Collaborate with various departments to enhance learning strategies and training initiatives.
  • New Clinic Support
    • Assist in the launch of new clinics by coordinating training schedules and acting as a liaison between operational teams.
  • Process Improvement
    • Support the Senior Manager in identifying and implementing process enhancements to achieve operational excellence.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in education, project management, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training clinical and administrative teams.
  • A proven ability to lead successful training initiatives and expansion projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage diverse teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience in instructional design is advantageous.
